Remembrance Day 11.11.2021

Year 6 were fortunate enough to be invited by All Saints Church Whitstable to join them for their annual Remembrance Service in the grounds of the church. Reverend Simon Tillotson explained that Remembrance Day was originally a time for us to think of and pray for all the service men and women who lost their lives in World War I and II. Today, we remember all people who have been caught up in wars and conflicts all over the world and pray for peace.

We shared some readings and prayers with the parishioners of All Saints and then laid a beautiful wreath as a symbol of our thanks, love and prayers for all service men and women.
