Rocksteady Music School
We are delighted to let you know that Rocksteady Music School will be starting lessons with us at St Mary’s from Thursday 6th November.
Sessions will take place on Thursday afternoons between 1:00pm and 3:30pm.
All instruments are provided. Children can choose whether they shine on vocals, keyboard, drums, guitar, or bass. Your child can learn to play an instrument in their very own band with no experience necessary! Guided by inspirational musicians, children learn songs they love in a fun and supportive in-school group setting.
Before lessons begin, we will be holding an exciting Rocksteady Taster Day on Monday 6th October.
The day will run as follows:
• 09:00 – 09:40 – Whole school assembly
• 09:40 – 10:20 – Key Stage 2 Workshop
• 10:30 – 11:10 – Key Stage 1 Workshop
We’re very excited to bring this opportunity to our pupils. Further details on how to sign up and the best point of contact will be shared with you after the taster day.
